About Us
We are a fast-paced, creative digital agency specialising in website design, marketing, branding, digital marketing and long-term website support for a diverse range of clients. Our collaborative team values efficiency, clear communication, and strong client relationships.
The Role
We’re looking for a highly organised, proactive Part-Time Project Manager to step into an existing role and support the smooth delivery of website development, branding, and maintenance projects. You’ll work closely with our design, development, and account teams to keep projects on track and clients informed.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on juggling multiple projects and can hit the ground running with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Liaise with sales team for smooth hand over of new clients into project management.
- Manage a live portfolio of around 30 active projects across web builds, redesigns, and branding.
- Coordinate and schedule around 20+ weekly maintenance requests across approximately 100 client websites. This could range from a five-minute fix to asking a developer to time the works and then the PM to liaise with the client.
- Work with designers, developers, and account managers to keep timelines, tasks, and communication clear.
- Use project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Google Sheets, Slack and FileMaker) to track progress, assign work and keep Directors up to date.
- Anticipate and resolve project blockers or delays before they impact delivery.
- Ensure documentation, briefs, and timelines are clear and client expectations are managed.
- Communicate updates effectively to internal teams and assist in handovers to Account Managers where needed.
Requirements
- 2+ years of project management experience in a digital or creative agency environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple digital projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and time management.
- Comfortable working independently on a part-time schedule, with clear prioritisation.
- Familiarity with website development processes, creative workflows, and client comms.
- Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) is a plus.
Nice to Have
- Understanding of website development processes.
- Experience coordinating with freelancers or remote teams.
- A collaborative, can-do attitude with a calm approach under pressure.
What we offer?
- Flexible working arrangements.
- A supportive and friendly team culture.
- Opportunity to work on diverse and creative projects.
- Opportunity to work directly on social media campaigns and clients.
- Potential for increased hours or responsibilities over time.
